• Weak-minded people are fickle-minded too, they're unable to commit to even simple decisions they have made, for instance, they would change the date of a job interview at the last minute over the slightest reason - not because they have a real emergency.

• Weak-minded people waste everyone's time including their own, to them, a minor setback is like crawling across broken glass on their naked knees - meaning they quit a task when faced with the smallest disappointments! For instance, they would consider going for an interview at our office (a 2-minute walk from City Hall MRT station) too far!

• Weak-minded people get discouraged easily, for instance, they would accept advice about a sales career from a friend or a relative who has never been successful (has little success) in the sales profession. To embrace such advice would be like asking someone who has never made more than $5,000 a month in his/her life - how to make $10,000 a month! This is more foolish than asking a kopi tiam assistant for medical advice.

• Whereas a mentally strong person is always learning from others' mistakes and correcting his own mistakes instead of blaming others when a plan isn't working perfectly. A mentally strong person knows life is a bumpy road - there will always be ups and downs, good days and bad.
